Wally 50m – The largest Wally ever has been sold!

Hardy a few days have gone when we were talking about WallyNano, the new daysailer from Wally and now, they have signed up for the largest Wally ever, a 50 meter (164 foot) blue-water sloop that offers a perfect blend of a luxury megayacht comforts and the ease of handling as asked by the owner. The Wally 50m touts a light displacement (only 230 tons to 485,017 lbs) pooled with the housing and comforts of a mega sailer.

The Wally 50m has almost all the luxury amenities inside, including a foredeck with a Jacuzzi tub, two hidden tender garages, sun deck with helmstations, dining area for 16 people with sofas and BBQ area. The deckhouse has been beautifully enclosed in a 360° transparent glass to let the guests enrich themselves with an open-air feeling when they are in the salon.

The lower deck offers the accommodation where the owner?s cabin is scattered over 700 sq. ft. and opens onto the terrace on the sea area. The yacht also has four double guest cabins with en-suites. There are two separate engine rooms for safety and the Wally anchor-system. The largest Wally ever will be delivered to its owner in the spring 2010. Pricing is unknown for the moment.
